What should I bring?

Comfortable swimwear for the sauna and cold plunge, and a yoga mat and comfortable attire for movement classes. Towels are provided, loaner mats are available, and showers are on site.

What should I bring for contrast therapy?

Comfortable swimwear and yourself. Towels, showers, and everything else are on site.

Do I need experience for the Enfold Experience?

None at all. You lie down, close your eyes, and you're guided through everything.

What do I wear for an Enfold session?

Comfortable, loose clothing. You stay fully clothed the entire session — no water, no changing required.

Is the Enfold session safe for everyone?

It's gentle and non-invasive. If you're pregnant, photosensitive, or have a heart condition, let us know when you book.

I've never done a cold plunge. Is that okay?

Completely. Our team guides first-timers through timing and breathing, and you set your own pace.

Do I need to be a member to visit?

No. Drop in for a single class or session, or grab a Day Pass. Your first movement class is free.

Can I freeze or cancel my membership?

No long-term contract — cancel anytime with 30 days' written notice, or freeze for up to 3 months. Founding rates stay locked for life while your membership is active.

Is this right for me? Should I check with my doctor?

Our services are for wellness and recovery, not medical care. Please consult your physician before starting. Enfold LSV and the BioCharger use flashing and pulsing light — if you have epilepsy, a seizure history, or are sensitive to strobing light, or if you're pregnant or have a heart or blood-pressure condition, tell our team before your first visit so we can guide you.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes — guests must be 18 or older.
